Delivery & Returns

Please note:

We have tried to keep the shipping/delivery costs to an absolute minimum to ensure you get the best value from Dermace Supplies. Please  take two minutes to read through the delivery information below:

Next Day delivery:

We have set our next day delivery service at a price of £6.50

We will have tracking numbers from all NDD orders - just in case anything goes wrong.

We use Parcel Force/Royal Mail for all our shipping - please provide feedback if you are not happy about any aspect of your delivery. Parcel Force are not the only delivery company out there, and we need the best for our customers.

If you need an order to be delivered on a Monday PLEASE try to place your order on Friday before 4.00pm. If you are not near a computer, just give us a call so we can get the order together for you, ready to send.

Standard Delivery:

Standard delivery will be sent First Class Royal Mail/Parcel Force. 

We will have proof of sending, but no tracking service is available with First Class Standard.

Again, if you experience any problems, please feed back to us.

More than likely, your shipment will be with you within 2 business days of you ordering, so it saves you money if you are able to plan ahead slightly.

Force Majeuredermace shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns If you need to return a product purchased from dermace then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
